“Scores of al Qaeda suspects” have been arrested in Sana’a, Abin, and Aden, following the suicide attack that killed 10 at the temple of the Queen of Sheba in Marib province. Security has been increased at government buildings, embassies, and for government officials in wake of the attack.

Al Qaeda

Ayman al-Zawahri, al Qaeda’s second in command, released a 1:35 long videotape where he addresses an “array of Middle Eastern topics from Iraq to Saudi Arabia, the Palestinian territories and Egypt.” He also called for all Muslims to participate in al Qaeda’s war against the West.
