More than 50 Taliban have been killed moving from Musa Qala and attempting to overrun the district center of Sangin in Helmand province. Several hundred Taliban were involved in the attack in Sangin, but were beaten back by Afghan and NATO forces. UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown said he would not negotiate with the Taliban.
