Islamist websites have indicated a new Osama bin Laden tape, titled “The Path to Foiling Plots in Iraq,” will be released shortly. The tape will discuss the Islamic State of Iraq and Al Jazeera’s misrepresentation of bin Laden’s tape from November. Mustafa Abu al Yazid, the leader of al Qaeda in Afghanistan, denied involvement in the recent suicide attack at a mosque in Chardassa.
