NATO and Afghan forces killed 20 Taliban in Helmand province. Two Taliban were killed, one wounded, and six captured in Zabul province. Police captured an IED maker in Nangarhar. The Taliban murdered a 15-year-old boy for possessing US money; the Taliban stuffed the bills in his mouth and hung him from a tree.
