Ali Larijani, Iran’s lead nuclear negotiator, has resigned, sparking concern Iran’s position on its nuclear program will harden. The foreign minister said the US is in no position to attack Iran as it is tied down in Iraq. The chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff said the US has the resources to strike Iran.
