Al Qaeda

Pakistani terror groups Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Jangvi, and Sipah-e-Sahaba are said to have merged with al Qaeda in Pakistan in order to attack military and government targets, although this merger is not official. The groups are coordinating activities via Abu Ali Tunisi, a senior al Qaeda leader who rose through the ranks of the Tunisian Islamic Combatant Group.
