The military has completed the siege of the Fatah al Islam positions in the Nahr al Bared Palestinian refugee camp. Fighters were captured as they attempted to escape from the camp. Lebanese troops seized the homes of Fatah al Islam leaders Shaker al-Absi and Abu Hureira.
