The Pak-Afghan peace jirga agreed to fight the Taliban and al Qaeda but is prepared to follow the fighting with negotiations and reconciliation. The North and South Waziristan tribes boycotted the jirga. The Taliban beheaded two “Afghan spies” near Miramshah in North Waziristan.
