Police closed a highway in Goose Creek, South Carolina after pulling over a car during a routine traffic stop and finding explosives in the trunk. Two men of Middle Eastern decent are said to have been arrested. Goose Creek is the home to the Naval Weapons Station and the Naval Consolidated Brig.
