One Taliban was killed and 11 captured after attacking Coalition and Afghan forces in Nangarhar province. Seven memebrs of an IED cell, including the cell leader, were captured in Kandahar. Eighteen Taliban were captured after ambushing Afghan and Coalition forces in Kapisa province. Three British troops were killed and two wounded in a friendly fire incident in Helmand province.
