[UPDATE2] Shah Mansoor Dadullah, the new military chief for the southern zone and younger brother of the slain Taliban military commander Mullah Dadullah, has appeared in his first videotaped interview with al Jazeera. Mullah Sher Mohammad, the Taliban’s regional commander in Panjwai, the birthplace of the Taliban in Kandahar, has been captured.
