Afghan and NATO forces killed 57 Taliban in 2 clashes: 30 were killed after attacking government buildings in the Murghab district in Badghis province, and 27 were killed in Zabul. The Taliban fired rockets at a building where President Karzai was giving a speech, but no casualties were reported.
