Thirteen Taliban and 3 police were killed during fighting in southeastern Afghanistan. Five Afghans were killed and 10 wounded after a suicide car bomb hit the Mehtar Lam PRT. Three children were killed in a suicide bomb attack on an Afghan Army convoy Laghman province.
