Morocco

The jihadi who blew himself up at an internet cafe in Casablanca earlier this month was the leader of a 30 man terror cell planning to bomb the Moroccan port cities of Casablanca, Agadir, and Essaouira. He detonated his vest after the cafe owner called police. Twenty-four of the 30 man cell have been captured.
