The Taliban suicide bomber killed 4 police outside the provincial police station in Lashkar Gah, Helmand. Two Canadians were wounded after a suicide bomber attacked their convoy in Kandahar. Eight Taliban were captured in raids in Kunar, Khost and Girshk.
