The US has authorized troops to killed Iranian agents in Iraq. Iranian assets in Lebanon (Hezbollah), Afghanistan and in the Palestinian territories (Hamas) are also targets. Ayatollah Khamenei snubs Ahmadinejad, and Iranian lawmakers, led by Rafsanjani, seek to impeach the President. Iran continues to supply the Iraqi insurgency with IED triggers.
