[UPDATE 2] al Qaeda struck in Sadr City with 6 carbombs and 2 mortars, killing 145 and wounding 238. Sunni insurgents raided the Health Ministry. Iraqi and U.S. forces raided Sadr City. Five suspects were arrested and 4 civilians were killed when a van refused to stop after receiving multiple warnings. Baghdad is under an indefinite curfew. Maliki will hold direct talks with insurgents.
