Israel and the PA are attempting to extend the ceasefire to the West Bank. Israel said it will withdrawal from settlements in the West Bank. Hamas said the right of return is sacred. Hamas also said it would continue to abduct Israeli soldiers.The IDF has changed the rules of engagement to allow the destruction of Qassams before they are launched.
