The Chief Minister of Balochistan denies his province is a hub for the Taliban. Forty-nine Taliban were arrested in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan. NATO confronted the Pakistani government over the Taliban, and have provided an address for Mullah Omar in Quetta, as well as evidence of ISI involvement and camps in Pakistan.
