Police sources report an al Qaeda linked suspected was arrested in the Rawalpindi park bombing. A tape of Mullah Dadullah has aired on Pakistani television. Dadullah is seen beheading captives, counseling suicide bombers and cooking for the Taliban. Pakistan has denied A.Q. Khan’s role in developing North Korea’s nuclear program.
