Iraq’s political parties have postponed the debate on federalism. Twenty one suspected terrorists were detained in Baghdad by Iraqi and U.S. troops. Two al Qaeda in Iraq operatives were captured in Samarra by an Iraqi Special Forces unit. Twenty Iraqis were killed and 37 wounded in violence across Iraq on Sunday.
